School Social Worker Full-Time Illinois
Help Students Overcome Barriers and Reach Their Full Potential
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to hire a dedicated School Social Worker for a full-time opportunity. If youre passionate about supporting students academic achievement emotional well-being and social development this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative school community.
As a valued member of the student support team youll work closely with educators families administrators and related service providers to help students overcome challenges that affect learning. Through counseling consultation and evidence-based interventions youll play an important role in fostering a safe inclusive and supportive educational environment where students can thrive.
In this role youll provide individual and group social work services that address students social emotional and behavioral needs while collaborating with school staff and families to develop effective intervention strategies. Youll conduct student assessments assist with crisis response and conflict resolution maintain accurate documentation participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and connect students and families with community resources that promote long-term success.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement.
- Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric/child-focused environment is strongly preferred.
