School Based Registered Nurse (RN)

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support within a local school setting. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students respond to illnesses and injuries administer medications and help promote a safe and healthy learning you are passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity with a consistent daytime schedule we want to hear from you!

• Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health documentation and records
• Collaborate with school staff parents and healthcare providers
• Promote health and wellness within the school community

• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required
• Pediatric school or community health experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
• Must have reliable transportation
