As the preschool nurse youll play an important role in supporting the health safety and well-being of students throughout the school day. Youll work closely with school staff families and healthcare providers to ensure children receive the care they need in a nurturing learning environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care to preschool-aged students during the school day.
• Assess and respond to student health concerns and minor illnesses or injuries.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
• Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate health documentation and medication records.
• Collaborate with teachers school staff parents and healthcare providers to promote student health and safety.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Foster a caring calm and supportive environment for students.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate dependable and comfortable working with young children
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
