School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Dallas PA
Schedule: Part-time 3 days/wk Tuesday-Thursday during normal school hours
Caseload: K-21

What youll do as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the students Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Administers occupational therapy assessments to determine a students level of functioning relative to their age and educational placement in a variety of areas
- Analyze and interpret assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for operative instruction to improve student skills
- Collaborates alongside a multidisciplinary team including special education staff classroom teachers and other service providers to ensure continuity and consistency in providing comprehensive services to students
- Serves as a member of the schools multidisciplinary team IEP program team and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of students goals
- Completes updates and maintains required documentation
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License
- Must have at least 1 year consecutive experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
