Starting salary range:$60000-$65000

Responsibilities

• Partnerclosely with ESS clinicians to support students mental health andoverallwell-being

• Monitor and track student progress providingtimelyupdates to the interdisciplinary team

• Assistin the developmentimplementationand reinforcement of the individualized care plans

• Co-facilitate group interventions andstudentsupport sessionsunder clinician guidance

• Supporttherapeutic milieu management( sessions managingpasseslunch supportskill building escorting students)

• Providein-classroomsupport throughobservationand targeted interventions

• Collectand trackstudent data;assistindevelopingBehavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)as needed

• Respond tocrisis situations effectively coordinating with clinicians school staff and parents asdirected

• Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation(data collection observations scheduling etc.)

• Collaborate with family andexternalproviderstostrengthen studentsupportsystems

• Assistwithcase managementtasksincluding referralsand connectingfamilies to community resources

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or related field

• Minimum of2 years of relevant experience in a school or clinical setting supportingstudentbehavioralhealth

• Experience working with studentsfamiliesandcommunity-basedmental healthorsocial service agencies

• Strong interpersonal problem solvingand communication skills

• Knowledge of basic therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques

• Ability to collaborate effectivelywithin a multidisciplinary team

• Culturalcompetency and sensitivity to diverse student populations

• Demonstratedcommitment to improvingaccessto behavioral health services inschools
