School Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a student in a high school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in astudents daily life while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

• Schedule: MondayFriday 7:20 AM 2:20 PM
• Setting: School-Based 1:1 Student Care

• Provide individualized nursing care and support to a student throughout the school day
• Monitor and assess the students health status and respond to medical needs as required
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Collaborate with school staff parents and healthcare providers to ensure student safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote a safe supportive and positive learning environment

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the last five years
• Current CPR Certification required
  (Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication assessment and organizational skills
