Key Accountabilities:
Assist dispatch with ensuring allCatch and Demand routes are covered.
Work with the client on must fills and other coverage
Verifying driver reported mileage against system generated.
Verifying and computing actual completed billable hours against estimated hours.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly driver schedules.
Review schedules for efficiency and compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
Assist with schedule changes and adjustments.
Coordinate operator assignments for special events requested by the client.
Maintain scheduling records and documentation.
Organize scheduling files and historical records.
Coordinate operator coverage for planned absences.
Other duties as assigned.

Office Staff may work indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities including offices and cubicle spaces equipped with a telephone and computer and may entail typing or looking at a computer screen.
