We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! Youll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Job Specifics:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

• Shift: Monday-Friday hours between 7am-5pm rotating 8-hour shift

• Location: On-site in La Crosse Main Campus (Potential for hybrid work after 1 year of hire)

• Department: Dermatology and Rheumatology

Whats Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills and attention to details

• Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
