Job Summary
Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/hr (Paid semi-monthly eligible for vision benefits & EOY bonus after 60 days)
Hours: Part time 20 24 hours / week
Description: Provide support to STAR executive managers and staff on a day-to-day basis.
Tasks included but not limited to: administrative duties business development event /
meeting coordination occasional on-site visits recruiting & training as it relates to staff.
Responsibilities
Administrative Scheduling: (Daily)
o Prepare department schedules and reports to ensure smooth operations with
internal STAR Departments clients and staff
o Coordinate daily schedules based on client needs and assist with scheduling
evaluations interviews orientations special events and staff meetings
o Manage phone calls and text messages via Ring Central
o Ensure all staff files are compliant i.e. ADP Emergency Contacts
o Maintain & organize the departments inbox maintenance
Business Development: (Occasionally)
o Assist with existing and potential client / company research
Field: (Weekly)
Onsite visits to assist with the following:
o Executive management lunches
o Staff check ins / surprise inspections
Recruiting / Training: (Monthly)
o Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff
o Assist in the implementation of training manuals and videos

Required Skills:
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a janitor or cleaner - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Ability to handle basic maintenance and repair tasks - Strong attention to detail - Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities clean safe and problem-free.
