BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager for our Raleigh Assistive Care State Programs Office in Raleigh NC.

This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys solving problems coordinating schedules supporting caregivers and delivering an exceptional experience for clients and families. As a Client Services Manager youll play an important role in connecting clients with the caregivers they depend on. You will:

• Coordinate client services and respond quickly to scheduling needs and changes
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
• Deliver an exceptional experience for clients families caregivers and referral partners
• Build strong relationships with referral sources payors and community organizations throughout the Raleigh area
• Partner closely with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees including HHAs and CNAs
• Monitor key performance and financial metrics for your caseload
• Collaborate with your office team to solve problems and ensure clients receive reliable high-quality care

Required:

• Bachelors degree
• Strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills
• Comfort working with technology and electronic medical record systems
• Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals

Preferred:

• Home care staffing or scheduling experience
• Medicaid experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
