POSITION SUMMARY:The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office surgery and procedure appointments in a timely efficient manner following appointment protocols established by each provider or & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
