Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earths mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.
Specific responsibilitiesinclude:
Utilize forecast tools class schedule reservations group blocks etc. to generate schedules for location commission staff (therapists instructors trainers etc.).
Monitor reservations for overbooking.
Block off schedule where necessary (groups classes extra time needed lunches etc.).
Work in partnership with leaders to distribute and manage edits to schedules to ensure timely delivery of posted schedules.
Work with leadership to coordinate training and meetings into schedules and make appropriate room reservations as needed.
Will occasionally assist at the Front Desk of assigned location.
May be required to serve as Manager on Duty of assigned location.
This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Skills/Requirements
Two years college or technical education preferred.
Prior project management business management and administrative tasks experience necessary.
Minimum of one year customer service experience.
Minimum of one year experience with Kohler Hospitality preferred.
