JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description Solution Architecture Optimization Architect a bulk scheduling and route optimization engine capable of assigning hundreds of inspection appointments across multiple claim handlers
Design algorithms that Minimize overall drive time and travel distance
Balance workloads equitably across handlers
Respect handler availability working hours and appointment lengths Incorporate realtime and nearrealtime location data to improve dispatch accuracy and responsiveness during CAT events
Support both CAT and nonCAT scheduling scenarios including surge capacity planning Scheduling Optimizer Core Focus Area
Define the endtoend design for an optimizer that Ingests unscheduled claims within one or more territories
Evaluates each handlers open calendar slots
Calculates travel times between handler locations and claim addresses
Generates optimized schedules automatically
Enable scenariobased optimization eg fastest response vs workload balancing
Ensure the solution is scalable resilient and performant under peak CAT volumes
Application Integration Design
Collaborate on building a new Angularbased web application that managesInspection appointment creation and scheduling
Status tracking and calendar views
Outlook enterprise calendar integration
Manager oversight dashboards and schedule controls
Define integration patterns with
GIS and mapping services
Traveltime and routing APIs
Claims systems and handler profile systems
Ensure clean separation between UI optimization logic and downstream integrations
Stakeholder Collaboration Governance
Work closely with claims business stakeholders product owners and engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical designs
Lead architecture discussions design reviews and technical decisionmaking
Provide guidance on best practices for optimization scalability and cloudnative design
