Scheduler

• Expedite or defer operations and materials that alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Work closely with buyers and production routers to adjust material and operations that may change the production schedule.
• Create plant capacity reports and reports relating to potential late customer shipments.
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data by performing mathematical calculations to determine customer sequences and lead times of manufacturing processes.
• Release and schedule production jobs.
• Create and submit customer acknowledgements when required.
• Converse with Production Manager over any potentially late shipments and routes the information either to the salesperson or customer if requested.
