Job Summary

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in a technical business or healthcare field
5 years of experience in government IT projects as a Business Analyst or in related duties including experience eliciting mining and documenting business rules and processes
3 years of Medicaid or healthcare experience
Understanding of business modeling techniques including the use of graphical process flow software

Preferred Skills

General subject matter expertise related to Medicaid or other healthcare insurance experience (project or operations)
MMIS experience (project or operations)
Experience with Microsoft Office Project/Project Server
