• Start your day from home: We send your schedule the night before so you can hit the ground running.

• Handle 35 jobs a day at a variety of homes apartments and townhomes.

• Upload notes and photos from each job on a company-provided phone.

• Stay in sync with dispatch and your teammates throughout the day-no one is ever left hanging.

• Be our eyes and ears: Speak up when you see something off; we trust your expertise in the field.

• Finish strong: Wrap up your day knowing you actually made a difference for a resident.

• Intermediate Drywall Repair: Proven ability to float texture and match finishes seamlessly.

• Minor Plumbing: Expertise in changing faucets and supply lines troubleshooting systems and swapping toilets.

• Minor Electrical: Solid understanding of electrical systems including replacing light fixtures and outlets.

• Project Management: The ability to work independently and manage your own time to finish a full scope of work.

• General Repairs: All-around handiness in carpentry flooring repairs millwork tilework basic masonry and alarm systems.

• At least 1 year of residential maintenance experience (more is always a plus!).

• Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades.

• Your own tools a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.

• Comfort with mobile tech-we use apps to keep the business moving.

• Trade certifications (Plumbing HVAC Electrical) are a total bonus.

• A mindset that says: No excuses. Lets solve it.

• Pay: $19- $30 per hour.

• Performance Bonus: 7% Performance-Based Compensation increment to reward your hard work.

• Gas Stipend: Up to $150/week to keep you on the road.
