Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: MondayThursday 6am Day Shift (Fridays and Saturdays as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors while providing friendly professional customer service.

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Copy scan fax upload and organize documents.

• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Support daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong data entry and computer skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Basic math skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

• Previous radio communication experience preferred.

Schedule

• MondayThursday: Day shift beginning at 6:00 AM

• Fridays and Saturdays as needed
