Scale Clerk Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling phone inquiries processing orders and supporting field sales representatives with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members using verbal and written skills
  • Operate office equipment and accurately perform scale duties ensuring precise measurements and data recording
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment maintaining organization and attention to detail
  • Read and understand various documents including instruction manuals safety information and hazard labels to ensure compliance and safety
  • Perform general office administration tasks such as data entry filing and supporting other administrative functions as needed
  • Make informed decisions independently handling administrative responsibilities with sound judgment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and diverse tasks to support the dynamic needs of the operation


Scale Clerk Key Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required.
  • Other Requirements: Strong work ethic and reliability in performing scale and administrative duties.
