SBU Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced SBU Commercial Lines Account Manager to join an established independent insurance agency specializing in commercial lines coverage for Construction Contractor and Manufacturing clients. This role is responsible for supporting and managing commercial accounts while delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial insurance knowledge attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage client relationships and day-to-day servicing needs.

• Salary Range: $45000 - $65000

• Manage a portfolio of small market accounts including Manufacturing Contractors and Restaurants with premiums ranging from $25000 to $40000.
• Handle A-Z account management tasks including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) endorsements claims management and marketing.
• Manage renewals and quote new business as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency commercial lines experience required.
  • 5 years of agency commercial lines experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
