Heres a Glimpse at What Youll Do:

As a Machine Operator (SAW) at Lantech you will:

• Operate a horizontal band saw to cut material to specified lengths

• Use a drill press to drill and tap holes to designated sizes

• Follow standardized work instructions to meet safety quality and productivity goals

• Stand for 910 hours per shift in a production environment

• Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed

• Work overtime when required to meet production schedules and project deadlines

What Are We Looking For (Requirements)

We are looking for someone who:

• Can accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 inch

• Is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Is willing and able to work overtime as needed

• Is detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

• Is willing to train and become certified to operate a Raymond fork truck to move steel

• Is customer-focused with a strong commitment to meeting production schedules

• Has experience operating a band saw and drill press (strongly preferred)

• Has basic mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation skills

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent (vocational or trade school training is a plus)

• Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
