What Youll Do
- Facilitate psychoeducation process and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
- Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
- Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout all group sessions
- Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Requirements
Requirements
- Masters degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or a related behavioral health field (required)
- Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation process or skills-based formats
- Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches
Benefits
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $100 per group facilitated
