Must have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam
- 12 years of relevant experience and a Masters Degree
- OR a Bachelorsin a STEM field and 17years experience
- OR 21 years of relevant experience
- Able to work on client site in Springfield Virginia 40 hours a week (no telework)
- Proficient with Python
Required:
- 6 years of experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection phenomenology image formation process and exploitation products
- Experience with SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
- Experience with RNIIS information theoretic-based image quality metrics SAR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata (e.g. graze squint)
- Experience exploiting SAR to determining the occurrence and location of an OOI
- Experience developing testing and evaluating new algorithms processes methodologies and products using SAR imagery with tools like Python MATLAB Google Earth Engine
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of SAR
- Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
- Desired: Experience applying CV and machine learning to SAR imagery
