Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
Job Location: Washington (Onsite / Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

1. Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation migration and transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
2. Define project scope objectives timelines milestones and resource planning.
3. Manage project governance steering committee reporting and executive stakeholder communication.
4. Coordinate with SAP functional teams including FI/CO MM SD PP WM/EWM and Basis.
5. Drive project execution using Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
6. Monitor project budget cost controls and vendor performance.
7. Identify project risks dependencies and mitigation strategies.
8. Ensure successful data migration integration testing cutover and deployment activities.
9. Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
10. Oversee change management training and adoption initiatives.
11. Ensure compliance with enterprise security governance and audit requirements.
12. Manage offshore/onshore teams and third-party implementation partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
2. 12 years of IT experience with 8 years in SAP project management.
3. 4 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
4. Proven experience delivering large enterprise SAP transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or Project Management.
• PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.
