Thinking Minds client is looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Management Specialist to lead critical workstreams in their S/4HANA Cloud transformation. This role is pivotal in guiding the strategic direction and ensuring successful execution using the SAP Activate methodology. Your leadership will drive the planning execution and delivery of complex S/4HANA workstreams particularly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing contributing to long-term transformation goals.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation knowledge

Leadership skills in SAP programs

Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing

Proficiency in project management tools

Role Overview

The role involves leading S/4HANA workstream blueprinting solution design and gap resolution. You will drive full PMO governance including planning RAID management and executive updates. Collaborating with global process owners and IT teams you will translate business requirements into effective S/4HANA Cloud solutions. Your work will ensure seamless program alignment and contribute to achieving aerospace transformation goals.
