SAP Release Management lead

Must Have Skills:

• SAP Release Management experience across S/4HANA RISE environments (Dev QA Stage Prod)
• Hands-on experience with Rev-Trac or Active Control
• Strong expertise in Change Management and CAB governance
• Experience with SAP CTMS using Cloud ALM Jira or ServiceNow
• Deep understanding of SAP transport management and deployment lifecycle
• Experience in SOX compliance audit readiness and regulatory controls
• Proven experience managing releases in complex SAP landscapes
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to Agile DevOps and ITIL frameworks
• Experience in regression testing coordination
• Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
• Familiarity with RICEF object tracking and dependency management
• Experience working in cross-platform or hybrid (cloud on-prem) SAP environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for high-impact releases
