Preferred Qualifications PMP PMI-ACP CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or SAFe certification. SAP Activate or SAP certification in a relevant module. Experience with Power BI Power Automate JIRA Align JIRA Service Management or other Atlassian suite tools (Confluence). Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with ITSM/change management tools (ServiceNow) alongside JIRA. Key Attributes Detail-oriented with a passion for clean well-organized JIRA boards and traceable project artifacts. Data-driven decision-maker who leverages JIRA reporting to communicate status objectively. Strong servant-leadership mindset with the ability to motivate cross-functional matrixed teams. Comfortable operating in fast-paced evolving enterprise environments.
