SAP Project Manager

Where Youll Make an Impact

In this role youll serve as a key connection point between IT business users vendors and project stakeholders. Youll help lead projects from planning through delivery supporting teams through requirements gathering solution design communication testing implementation and adoption.

• Lead and coordinate projects across business and technology teams helping ensure work stays on track on budget and aligned with business needs.
• Partner with business users and analysts to understand current processes identify improvement opportunities and support thoughtful system solutions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing communication plans training efforts and user adoption activities.
• Track project budgets benefits ROI vendor deliverables risks and lessons learned.
• Support resource planning staffing forecasts and project capacity across IT and business teams.
• Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

What Youll Bring to the Team

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MRP ERP and/or CRM systems with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
• Experience using project or portfolio management tools such as MS Project Smartsheet or Jira.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication organization follow-through and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate work through influence even without direct authority.
• PMP or related certification strongly preferred.
