Job Title: SAP PM Project Manager
Location: Houston TX - Onsite

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Assess and perform work in Maintenance Management System for our O&G Customer.
1. Knowledge in Rotating & Static Equipments(O&G Process industry) & having maintenance experience is an advantage.
2. Good knowledge in Asset registers and Asset Hierarchy for equipment and functional location.
3. Knowledge on Maintenance Strategies & Philosophies
4. PM Optimization methods
5. Understanding of Workflows in Work Management system.
6. Create/Validate Maintenance Items & Plans
7. Create/Validate Task list and Standard text
8. PM Scheduling and workorder levelling.
9. CMMS - Plant Maintenance Master Data build development & loading
10. PM Master Data Maintenance in SAP
11. Understanding Workflows/methodologies of Plant Maintenance/Work Management system
12. Bill of material creation and assign to task list
13. CMMS Software - SAP PM Module.

Qualification:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Instrumentation) equivalent with 7 Years Experience
