The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Sales and amp; Distribution Customer Service and Transportation Management.

SAP ECC expertise

Sales and amp; Distribution (SD) experience

Role Overview

The SAP OTC Architect will provide day-to-day support in SAP ECC for SD CS and TM. The role involves configuring troubleshooting and resolving issues in order management pricing delivery creation and shipping processes. The architect will enhance integrations with Salesforce and other external order-submission channels ensuring stable order and shipment flow into SAP ECC. They will also optimize CS processes and enhance transportation execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide SAP ECC support in SD CS and TM

Enhance order management and pricing processes

Support shipment execution and billing processes

Strengthen CS processes including service notifications and orders

Enhance transportation execution including shipment creation

Ensure integration with external channels (EDI portals APIs)

Handle revenue-recognition processes
