Position title:SAPiXp -Global Revenue OperationsIntern Project Management and Business Analysis
Location: Alpharetta GA or Tempe AZ preferred; candidates located near an SAP office may also be considered. Hybrid 3 days per week onsite.
Our Global Revenue Operations(GRO)organization is at the heart of oursupporting ourSalesbusinessacross the Customer Value Journey. This internship willplay a critical roleon a small team that helps ensure GRO runs smoothly and transforms at a pace needed to meet theneedof our field teams (e.g. account executivessolution advisorscustomer success managers etc.). This team is based withintheGlobal Revenue Operations Programs team which reports directly to the Global Head of Revenue Operations and supports the leadershipteam as well as cross-functional and cross-board area programs.
Specificactivities of the intern include but are not limited to
Support design andcoordination ofGROenablement programs including aligning with guest speakersmanagingmeeting invitations across time zonesfacilitatingenablement sessionsowning follow-up communicationsreportingmetricsandmaintainingdocumentation
Gain experience in project managementstrategy &operations business analytics and collaborate with theGROProgramsteam to alignefforts with teamgoals andobjectives supporting various programsand ad hoc request for support
Conduct business analysis to supportdedicated teams within GRO includingbuilding andmanaging datadashboards sharing insights following up onassigned tasks/actions gatheringfeedbackand ensuring stakeholderalignment
UseMicrosoft365apps including WordExcelPowerPoint MS Teams and other AItoolswill also be used regularly
Support communications throughexisting and newSharePointsitesfor various operations and sales audiencesacross multiple topics

Fluencyin English language isrequiredwithuniversity experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management)
Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice 365 including Word PowerPoint Excel and Teamsandknowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePointandPowerBI
Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally both in writing and Teams calls
Willingness to learn new systems/process in a self-guided approach showing initiative to experiment and try new ways of working with AIand various systems/tools this isa mindset that takes proactiveintiative
Analytical skills: Analyze structureconsolidateand visualize customer opportunity data

Develop strategies to ensure that new processes and systems are fully embraced by the efficiencies of AI and automation use cases in daily work
Execution Excellence:
Maintain a clearly defined scope ownership and timelines for all projects
Promote a structured cadence and ensure transparent communication across all levels of operation
Performance Measurement:
Implement KPI-driven execution to focus on measuring what trulyimpactssuccess
Regularly evaluate progress and outcomes to align efforts with strategic goals and improve overall performance
