Job Summary
SAP IBP Functional Lead
- Serve as SAP IBP Functional Lead responsible for gathering analyzing and translating business requirements into SAP application solutions focusing on the automotive industry.
- Design implement and support integrated SAP solutions (IBP S/4 HANA) for complex supply chain processes including demand forecasting supply planning inventory optimization and S&OP.
- Provide hands-on configuration and end-to-end integration of SAP IBP with S4/HANA CI-DS and related modules.
- Lead the functional design of WRICEFs for the sales and distribution area particularly focusing on SAP SD/OTC and VMS (Vehicle Management System).
- Support production systems by analyzing issues developing enhancements and applying SAP patches and OSS notes.
- Collaborate with architecture development BASIS security and AMS teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and provide excellent customer service to end users.
- Prepare detailed process and functional design documents and map complex business processes in SAP.
- Act as a recognized leader and subject matter expert within the SAP IBP and supply chain domain (including warranty knowledge) providing guidance and decision-making support to business customers.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders and team members.
- Work independently under minimal supervision and manage large complex information effectively.
- Required: Bachelors degree 10 years of SAP ERP/IBP implementations and support deep knowledge of IBP configuration (demand planning S&OP inventory supply planning) and experience with IDoc configuration and processing.
- Preferred: Experience in SAP EWM FI/CO PTM MM VMS OTC PTP modules.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills and the ability to solve complex problems collaboratively.
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid 4-5 days onsite; local candidates preferred)
Duration: Full time with conversion to perm after 6 months
