As an SAP IBP Functional Analyst Co-Op you will work alongside project leaders business stakeholders functional analysts and technical teams to support SAP IBP implementations and enhancements. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to document business processes user stories and functional requirements.
- Assist with project planning status tracking and deployment activities.
- Support solution enhancements that improve planning effectiveness and user experience.
- Analyze business requirements and help translate them into system and process solutions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process simplification automation and operational improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain planning functions.
- Document current and future-state processes to support business transformation efforts.
- Perform data analysis master data validation and data quality reviews.
- Support data migration activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize Excel to analyze validate and report on planning data.
- Assist in developing reports and insights that support business decision-making.
- Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management activities.
- Track issues through resolution and verify successful implementation of solutions.
- Document testing results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create project deliverables including process flows functional specifications training materials deployment plans and status reports.
- Support user readiness and training activities during system rollouts.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and project documentation.
- Present findings and recommendations to project teams and business stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Analytics Information Systems Technology or a related field
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables formulas reporting and data analysis
- Understanding of business process analysis and documentation techniques
- Basic knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning and S&OP
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies test case creation and defect management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project environment
- Strong collaboration organization and attention to detail
- Exposure to SAP IBP SAP S/4HANA or other ERP and supply chain planning solutions
- Understanding of supply chain planning processes such as Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Planning and S&OP
- Experience supporting technology implementation or business transformation projects
- Familiarity with requirements gathering user stories and functional specifications
- Experience with data analysis reporting or business intelligence tools
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions
- Exposure to Inventory Optimization Demand Sensing Control Tower and other advanced planning capabilities

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 $25.00/hour. This rate is based on the interns current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
