Job Description - AP Payroll configuration support and implementation.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing troubleshooting enhancements and compliance ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for country-specific payroll (e.g. US India EMEA).
• Execute end-to-end payroll cycles (regular off-cycle bonus runs).
• Maintain payroll schemas PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and wage types.
• Validate payroll results and reconcile discrepancies

Strong hands-on experience with:

Payroll schemas (e.g. X000 country-specific schemas)

Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)

Wage type configuration and processing

Info types related to payroll (IT0008 IT0014 IT0015 IT0169 etc.)

Debug payroll issues using tools like:

Payroll log analysis

Cluster tables (PCL2)

Program RPCALCx0
