SAP Finance Solution Architect

AdvanSix is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Platforms team under the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT)organization. This role serves as the primary product owner for the Finance function responsible for the BUILD and RUN of SAP S/4HANA and related finance applications. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence digital transformation and business outcomes through robust SAP solutions. This role is critical in fostering a data-driven culture enabling change management and ensuring high availability performance and compliance across the SAP Finance ResponsibilitiesTechnology Expertise & LeadershipAct as the single point of contact for execution of DTT projects and support needs of the Finance business unit working closely with DTT business partner for DTT in extended functional teams collaborating with Finance stakeholders DTT business partners and Super execution of prioritized digital transformation programs aligned with business a data-driven culture and support change management Application ManagementLead BUILD and RUN activities for SAP S/4HANA Finance applications ensuring system stability and incidents and problems across the SAP S/4HANA landscape ensuring clear communication robust root cause analysis and high-quality technical resolution working with multiple and implement application management actions to optimize performance availability and license for leveraging standard best practices maintaining a clean and maintain the SAP Finance landscape ensuring effective batch job execution and system & Systems GovernanceOversee identity and access management across the SAP landscape ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory with SAP project teams and AMS partners to optimize relationships and hold suppliers application currency including documentation training materials and knowledge articles for SAP Finance Improvement & InnovationPlan and oversee upgrades for SAP S/4HANA on RISE ensuring clean core change training materials and knowledge articles are comprehensive concise and regularly time in planning discovery and reflection to drive better decisions and improvement opportunities challenge the status quo and drive appropriate manage and mitigate risks related to SAP Finance systems and QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Business Administration or related field.7 years of experience in SAP Finance modules (FI/CO Asset Accounting AP/AR etc.).Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation support and understanding of Finance business processes and SAP in incident/problem management and application lifecycle communication stakeholder engagement and analytical QualificationsMasters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Finance PMP).Experience in chemical manufacturing or similar regulated with SAP Fiori SAP Analytics Cloud SAP BPC and integration with non-SAP to Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).Experience with compliance frameworks including SOX and ITGC Success Looks Like in This RoleFinance business unit experiences seamless SAP S/4HANA operations with minimal are resolved swiftly with clear communication and effective root cause applications are optimized for performance availability and transformation initiatives are executed successfully delivering measurable business and documentation are current relevant and accessible to all partnerships with business DTT peers SAP and AMS partners are and governance standards are consistently met or improvement and innovation are embedded in daily operations and strategic for this range is between $130700 and $196100
