Position Overview
Role Purpose
Lead the enterprise architecture for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program including integration with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise and solution architecture for SAP rollout programs
- Define target architecture covering SAP S/4HANA Salesforce middleware/integration platforms SaaS applications legacy systems
- Lead architecture for S/4HANA Greenfield implementations Brownfield/system conversions and global rollout programs
- Design and govern SAPSalesforce integration including business process orchestration data flows APIs and interfaces
- Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite/CPI MuleSoft Boomi PI/PO API Management
- Work with business functional technical security data and infrastructure teams to ensure architecture supports business processes
- Assess existing application landscapes and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization
- Drive architecture decisions around Clean Core extensibility side-by-side extensions BTP and integration patterns
- Define principles for master data data migration and system-of-record responsibilities across SAP and SFDC
- Review solution designs for alignment with enterprise architecture principles security requirements scalability
- Manage architectural dependencies and risks across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Establish architecture governance and design standards throughout the program lifecycle
- Support program leadership with technology roadmap and implementation sequencing

Preferred Qualifications
- Techno-functional architect capable of understanding business processes at enterprise level
- Ability to go deep into SAP SFDC integrations APIs data flows and technical architecture
- Capability to own complete business and technology architecture from source systems through SAP/SFDC and downstream platforms
Required Skills:
Over 12 years of experience in supporting Enterprise Applications including significant expertise in Workday environments (HCM Benefits Integrations). Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns (APIs middleware data flows). Proven experience managing large-scale programs using structured methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid) including governance risk management and executive reporting. Ability to translate business needs into scalable solution architectures and aligned technology roadmaps. Experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and vendors including mentoring and driving delivery best practices. Strong communication stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience overseeing Workday integrations and ensuring data integrity compliance and system performance. Track record of driving continuous improvement process optimization and operational efficiency within enterprise systems. Experience developing user documentation training materials and enabling end-user adoption. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and attention to compliance and governance.
