Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager
Location:Columbia SC (Role is hybrid with onsite days 2-3 days a week and remote date being 2-3 days a week as well at the managers discretion)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description
Seeking an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Public Sector Finance and Treasury operations to support implementation optimization and operational readiness initiatives. This role will focus on SAP Finance and Treasury administration process improvement documentation testing and strategic guidance for enterprise-wide SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SAP FI and Treasury functionality including ancillary state applications
- Support process design development testing implementation and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions
- Develop current-state and future-state process documentation aligned with organizational standards
- Provide best-practice recommendations for public sector finance and treasury operations
- Collaborate with business process owners leadership teams analysts designers and system owners
- Support SAP Finance and Treasury analysis development testing issue tracking and resolution
- Assist with SAP upgrades support packs OSS notes troubleshooting and implementation activities
- Develop and execute unit testing plans and test scripts
- Identify ECC to S/4 HANA impacts related to Finance and Treasury processes
- Assist with implementation roadmaps and hardware/environment planning
- Mentor junior team members on SAP concepts and tools
- Participate in team planning workshops and executive-level discussions
- Provide after-hours SAP support as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of SAP Finance or Treasury/Cash Management experience
- 3 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
- 7 years of ECC FI module experience
- 10 years of SAP upgrades support packs OSS notes and troubleshooting experience
- 10 years of SAP Public Sector experience
- 7 years of experience with budgeting appropriations grants and governmental accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel Visio and Project
- Experience leading workshops and collaborating with executive leadership
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
