What You Can Expect
As a SAP Consultant you will play a critical role in supporting ENGIEs SAP S/4HANA Financial environment ensuring stability accuracy and timely execution of financial closing and reporting processes. This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders IT leadership and offshore support teams to resolve complex issues maintain integrations and deliver high-quality support across multiple SAP modules.
In this role you will provide hands-on configuration troubleshooting and production support for SAP FICO and related integrated solutions. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams to resolve complex incidents support financial month-end and year-end activities under strict deadlines and ensure seamless integration between SAP Financials operational modules and third-party applications. The position requires a strong technical foundation business partnership mindset and the ability to manage escalations with accountability and professionalism.
- Provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA Financial Closing and Reporting activities.
- Support and troubleshoot complex SAP issues across FICO MM SD PS HR and related modules.
- Partner with offshore support teams to resolve critical and time-sensitive incidents.
- Ensure integration between SAP FICO MM SD PS and SAP Concur Expense solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Support SAP integrations with third-party Treasury and Banking applications.
- Participate in special projects system enhancements and production support initiatives.
- Assist with troubleshooting and support of RICEFW objects.
- Provide guidance and direction to offshore team members.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend support for critical priority issues and special projects as needed.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and support experience.
- SAP S/4HANA Financials Certification.
- Experience leading or supporting at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations preferably S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO integration with SAP MM SD and PS modules.
- Experience supporting SAP integrations with external third-party solutions particularly Treasury and Banking platforms.
- Experience developing and supporting RICEFW objects.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to effectively mentor coordinate and direct offshore support teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support business-critical operations in a fast-paced environment.
