SAP BTP CAP Developer

We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP CAP Developer to design and develop cloud-native applications and services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable API-first enterprise applications using or Java modeling business data using CDS and exposing secure OData/REST APIs. The role also requires experience with SAP BTP security authentication authorization and multitenancy concepts.

• Design and develop cloud-native applications and microservices using SAP CAP on SAP BTP.
• Build scalable backend services using:
  • Java
• Develop reusable and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions.

• Design and implement data models using:
  • CDS (Core Data Services)
• Define entities associations validations and business logic.

• Expose and manage:
  • OData services
  • REST APIs
• Implement API-first architecture principles for enterprise integrations.

• Work with SAP BTP services and cloud-native capabilities.
• Configure and manage:
  • Authentication
  • Authorization
  • Role collections
  • XSUAA security
• Implement multitenancy support for SaaS applications.

• Collaborate with functional consultants architects and frontend developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning code reviews and deployments.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards testing and documentation.
