Roles & Responsibilities

workshops with clients procurement business teams to understand their current purchasing configuration in their SAP Ariba system

knowledge of Ariba Supplier lifecycle performance SAP Ariba Buying & Guided Buying Ariba Invoicing Ariba Commerce Automation and Ariba integration with SAP and nonSAP systems

to effectively guide the client on the improvement areas in terms of business process re-engineering wherever needed

CIG mappings and an integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA or nonSAP systems

focus on AMS and enhancement and ability to troubleshoot Incidents handle Service requests and Change requests. Collaborate with the technical team during the Build phase of the engagement Cutover go-live and Hyper care support

Generic Managerial Skills:

Strong communication Client-facing skills and Team Lead and offshore coordination skills
