SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant

Role: SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant

Work location: Hershey PA - Remote Hybrid (may require a travel depends on release)

Duration: 6 Months

Years of experience required for each skill 11 years

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP development with strong experience in the SAP HR module.
• Hands-on experience in developing and supporting RICEFW objects.
• Strong expertise in SAP OData Services SAP Gateway development and API integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies including IDocs RFCs BAPIs REST/SOAP Web Services and middleware integrations.
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in developing custom reports interfaces enhancements forms and workflows in SAP HR.
• Good understanding of SAP HR processes including Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications technical design documents and conducting code reviews.
