Sanitation Operator 2nd3rd shift

We are looking for a 2^nd or 3^rd shift sanitation operator to join our team and be responsible for the cleaning of facilities and equipment. This individual will assist in the execution of the master sanitation schedule throughout the facility; will assist in CIPs and COPs and other special cleaning projects as assigned.

What youll do:

• Follow understand and abide by all sanitation procedures and document sanitation activities using the master sanitation schedule.
• Utilize hand tools to disassemble equipment in order to facilitate cleaning complete inspections/recleaning and re-assemble equipment upon completion.
• Properly and safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow all Company Rules including the HACCP Program LOTO and GMP Policy.
• Climb stairs and ladders work in confined spaces or at heights to access hard to reach areas in cold hot wet or dusty environments.
• Work with power equipment such as forklifts high-pressure systems scissor lifts and other equipment as necessary.

What youll bring:

• Must be able to work well with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to pass confined space entry forklift training and other specialized training as needed.
• Must be safety conscious aware of safety considerations related to the entire operation and report safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the operation of microprocessor/computer based controllers.
• Flexibility with scheduling (8-hour or 12-hour shifts weekends).
• Ability to read write and a desire to learn about equipment (pipeline systems flow paths).
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs regularly position 100lbs stand for extended periods of time assemble equipment and work safely in hot environment.
