Sanitation Manager

Role and Responsibilities

The Sanitation Manager is responsible for product quality and safety by ensuring that all bakery equipment structural and storage facilities are following Good Manufacturing Processes and Federal State and local food protection this role you will inspect monitor and educate our facility regarding food safety and cleanliness in the handling production and transportation of ingredients and finished products.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2 plus years of sanitation management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Managing evaluating motivating and directing sanitation initiatives for Plant Sanitation supervision and crew.
• Ensuring compliance with standards and systems to monitor food safety and facility cleanliness.
• Ensuring compliance and monitors standards for local sanitation manpower and supply expenses.
• Scheduling training and directing cleaning crews.
