We are looking for a reliable hard-working Sanitation Worker to join our team in Baldwin Park! In this role you will play a vital part in keeping our facilities clean safe and organized. • Maintain Cleanliness: Clean sweep mop and sanitize designated facility areas (including work floors restrooms break rooms and offices).
• Waste Management: Collect empty and safely dispose of trash recycling and debris from all bins and production areas.
• Deep Cleaning: Use appropriate cleaning solutions and chemicals safely to disinfect surfaces and equipment.
• Restock Supplies: Monitor and refill sanitary products soap and hand towels in restrooms and common areas.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Team Support: Report any safety hazards maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.

• Experience: Previous experience in sanitation custodial work janitorial services or general labor is preferred but we are willing to train the right person!
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic punctuality and dependable transportation to Baldwin Park.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow checklists and instructions to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Communication: Ability to read product labels and safety instructions in English.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
