We are looking for a dependable compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on in-home care to a client in the Sandy Springs area.

This position involvesmoderate to maximum assistancewith daily activities and mobility. The ideal caregiver should be comfortable providing hands-on personal care assisting with transfers and ambulation and supporting the client with daily routines while maintaining safety dignity and independence.

Saturday and evening shift opportunities are available with shift times varying based on the clients care needs.

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living

• Assist with bathing dressing grooming and personal hygiene

• Provide moderate to maximum assistance with transfers and ambulation

• Assist with mobility and ensure proper use of mobility aids

• Maintain a safe environment and help prevent falls

• Assist with repositioning and comfort as needed

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required

• Provide medication reminders as appropriate

• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed

• Perform light housekeeping related to the clients care

• Assist with laundry and clothing care

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Encourage independence and participation in activities the client can safely perform

• Observe and report changes in the clients condition or care needs

• Follow the clients care plan and assigned duties

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Communicate changes or concerns to office staff promptly

• PCA or CNA experience certification or training as applicable to the position

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Current TB test or required TB documentation

• Previous hands-on caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

• Comfortable providingmoderate to maximum assistance

• Comfortable assisting with transfers mobility and personal care

• Compassionate patient and professional attitude

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Dependable transportation

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and office staff

• Ability to pass a background check
