SalespersonLive Selling Host

Seeking an on-camera personality to be one of several live-sellers for our fast fashion brand hosting energetic live shows from our studio in Springdale AR. Youll showcase trendy dresses tops bottoms sets accessories and more with real-time styling trend talk and high-energy selling. This position is part-time and once established will be for 15-25 hours/week.

• Host 3-5 live shows per week (each show 23 hours long) and work before/after show to merchandise and organize sales floor.
• Present bestsellers and collections with outfit styling and fashion advice
• Engage with viewers answer questions run flash sales/auctions and drive real-time purchases
• Build a loyal community of fashion buyers on Whatnot TikTok or any other relevant platform
• Stay on top of current womens fashion trends and help plan show content
• Work on-site with our merchandise and our team in Springdale AR

• Base pay commission (high earning potential based on performance up to $30/hr for excellent sellers)

In-Office Springdale Arkansas

(Must be local to Northwest Arkansas)

• Deeply passionate about womens fashion knowledgeable about trends styling merchandising and our unique brand
• Natural entertainer with a bubbly engaging on-camera personality
• Strong sales skills (retail boutique social selling or similar experience)
• Live streaming experience (Whatnot TikTok Instagram etc.) is a big plus
• Quick thinker who excels at reading chats and closing sales in real time
• Reliable coachable professional and consistent
• Comfortable on camera for 13 hours at a time
• Must be able to work in-office in Springdale AR

• Previous Whatnot hosting or live shopping experience
