What Youll Do

• Assist clients in selecting new Buick & GMC Vehicles and Pre-Owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
• Present features pricing and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
• Guide customers through test drives trade-in evaluations and financing options
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow-up and support
• Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
• Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive high-energy showroom environment
• Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports

What Were Looking For

• Professional courteous and customer-first mindset
• 12 years of sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree is a plus
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
