Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design development and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
10 years of overall IT experience.
7 years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
Proven experience leading technical teams of 5 or more FTEs.
Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:
- 3K-5K internal users
- 300K - 400K- externalregistered users
- 5-6 million data records
Strong experience designing multi-tier highly available architectures utilizing clustering load balancing scalability and disaster recovery principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Administrator Service Cloud Experience Cloud Platform Developer Architect or CTA).
Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
