Salesforce Technical Architect, Sales Engineering

The sales engineering teams focus is on design and they lead the technical delivery for Apples Sales Business. The position will provide architecture design development and project management leadership across multiple projects. This technical architect role serves as hands-on advisors using functional and/or technical knowledge as well as Salesforce product knowledge of their clients business.

We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Technical Architect to design elite Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will be responsible for successfully designing and leading the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies includebut are not limited to Salesforce products and APIs Apex/LWC mobile development technologies and integration/ETL technologies. You are both a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver your knowledge and skills are both broad and deep. You take pride in designing systems that stand up to high volumes and wont fail at critical points. You have a good mix of technical and enterprise skills when it comes to architecting a solution. The solutions you design are built for the long-term and will scale with the customers growth plans seamlessly. You have experience integrating systems via APIs as well as a strong development background.

Provide oversight for Salesforce projects and design solutions based on best practices focusing on point-and-click technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between clients current and desired end statesnWork with the development team to customize solutions and decide when custom development is necessary. nCreate prototypes and proof of concepts to clarify business Data Models Sharing and Visibility and Business Process Automation. nDefine coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Manage technical delivery for custom development integrations and data migrations in Salesforce. nOccasionally participate in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions and POC development. nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations. nTranslate these requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. Lead technical design sessions document solutions and identify gaps between current and desired with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.

8 years experience as a software engineer. n8 years on the Salesforce platform.n4 years experience as a Salesforce System Architect Application Architect or have a Technical Architect Certification.n4 years of Salesforce technologies such as Apex Aura Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integrations. nBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Proven experience designing complex large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc.).nUnderstanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform with platform authentication patterns (SAML SSO OAuth).nKnowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL CPQ MuleSoft marketing automation reporting etc.).nStrong understanding of environment management release management code versioning best practices and deployment with platform security capabilities (TLS SSL).nFamiliarity with any other CRM application (except Salesforce) will be a big with Java and related of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL CPQ marketing automation reporting etc.).nFamiliarity with Javascript and front end technologies.
