Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for a pod of 3-5 developers in Sales/Service cloud
Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements
Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another
Design build and implement complex secure and scalable solutions
Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce Lightning
Heroku and integration / ETL technologies
Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies
Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings
Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture.
Analyze existing workflows and come-up with improved design and flows.
Troubleshoot mission critical incidents in production environment.
Advocate best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management
