Position Overview

Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer to design develop and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role will support mission-critical public sector programs focused on case management licensing service operations and related business workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Salesforce development solution design and technical leadership experience with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce Government Cloud solutions aligned with business and program objectives.
Lead technical discovery sessions solution design workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
Collaborate with architects business analysts QA teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support application enhancements troubleshooting performance optimization and ongoing maintenance activities.
Ensure solutions comply with security governance and regulatory requirements.
Participate in code reviews technical documentation and deployment planning.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams when required.

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience including solution design configuration customization and development.
Strong development experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms etc.)
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Experience supporting public-sector government regulated or compliance-driven environments or equivalent experience in complex enterprise organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions design workshops development initiatives or technical teams.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities best practices and development lifecycle methodologies.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with State Government agencies or public-sector organizations.
Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Application Architect or related credentials.
Experience with case management licensing eligibility or service delivery solutions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
