Rate: Up to $65/hr on C2C

Position Overview

Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer to design develop and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role will support mission-critical public sector programs focused on case management licensing service operations and related business workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Salesforce development solution design and technical leadership experience with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Government Cloud solutions aligned with business and program objectives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions solution design workshops and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with architects business analysts QA teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support application enhancements troubleshooting performance optimization and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with security governance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in code reviews technical documentation and deployment planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams when required.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience including solution design configuration customization and development.
• Strong development experience with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms etc.)
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Experience supporting public-sector government regulated or compliance-driven environments or equivalent experience in complex enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions design workshops development initiatives or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities best practices and development lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with State Government agencies or public-sector organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Application Architect or related credentials.
• Experience with case management licensing eligibility or service delivery solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
